Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

At Abhijaan, we follow a transparent and structured cancellation framework to ensure fairness for both guests and service providers. Since Abhijaan facilitates curated travel and stay experiences, cancellations directly impact planning, logistics, and availability. The following policy applies to all bookings unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Cancellation Charges

More than 7 days prior to the scheduled date

• A 10% deduction from the total billing amount applies

• OR rescheduling is allowed free of charge

Between 7 days and 3 days prior to the scheduled date

• A 20% deduction from the total billing amount applies

• OR rescheduling is allowed with a 10% reschedule charge

Within 3 days (72 hours) of the scheduled date

• No refund will be issued

• Rescheduling is allowed with a 20% reschedule charge

All timelines are calculated based on the scheduled date of service, not the booking date.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Requests

All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated through:

• Official email support, or

• Director Helpline (as mentioned on the respective resort or service page)

Requests are considered valid only after acknowledgment from Abhijaan.

Refund Processing Time

• Eligible refunds, after applicable deductions, are processed within 24 hours maximum

• Refunds are credited back to the original payment method

• Delays beyond this may occur only due to bank or payment gateway processing timelines, which are outside Abhijaan’s control

No-Show Policy

• Failure to arrive or avail the service on the scheduled date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show

• No refund or reschedule will be permitted in such cases

Exceptions

• Certain promotional offers, group bookings, or special packages may carry custom cancellation terms

• Any such exceptions will be clearly disclosed at the time of booking

• If not disclosed, this standard policy applies

Policy Modification Rights

Abhijaan reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time.
Revised terms take effect immediately upon being published on the website. Customers are advised to review the policy before confirming a booking.
