Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown request:
We will promptly review and assess the claim.
If the complaint is valid, we will remove or disable access to the infringing content.
We will notify the content provider of the removal and allow them to respond with a counter-notice if they believe the material was removed in error.
If you believe the content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notification with the following details:
Identification of the material that was removed and its original location.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area.
Your physical or electronic signature.
We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a lawsuit.
We take a strict stance against repeat infringers. If any individual repeatedly violates copyright policies, we may:
Terminate their access to our platform
Block future submissions
Take additional legal action if necessary
