Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
More than 7 days prior to the scheduled date
A 10% deduction from the total billing amount applies, or rescheduling is free of charge.
Between 7 and 3 days prior to the scheduled date
A 20% deduction from the total billing amount is applicable, or a 10% reschedule charge will be incurred.
Within 3 days (72 hours) of the scheduled date
No refund will be issued, and a 20% reschedule charge will apply.
